Our Leadership

Pastor Jim is a follower of Jesus Christ and has served the Presbyterian Church for most of his adult life.  He was baptized and grew up in a small Presbyterian Church in Moon Township, PA and then, later was confirmed at the Presbyterian Church of Plum Creek.  Pastor Jim answered God’s call to ministry after a successful career in Medical Equipment sales.  Ordained by Pittsburgh Presbytery in 2008, Jim has served as an Associate Pastor and as a solo Pastor in different churches in the Pittsburgh area.  He retired from active ministry after 12 years at Valencia Presbyterian Church and is now serving part-time as pastor at Hewitt Presbyterian Church in Rices Landing, PA.  Jim has been married to his wife, Kathy, for 47 years and they have two daughters, two sons-in law, and two grandchildren. Both Jim and Kathy live with gratitude for God’s calling and blessings as they enjoy living in Waynesburg, PA.
