On June 16, 2026, Pastor Jim and Kathy will join their daughter, Dr. Katherine Hill and her husband, Chris Hill for a mission trip to Bomet, Kenya. Along with them will be Jim and Kathy’s grandchildren, Ruth (age 7) and Guy (age 4). They will be staying and working at Tenwek Mission Hospital, which is the largest mission hospital in Africa.

They will be staying for 5 weeks until July 23rd. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is given to every patient at Tenwek as they join God’s work in a very poor part of Kenya, Africa. Prayers are welcomed for safe travels, safety in Kenya, and good health throughout this mission trip!

“Go out into the world in peace. Have courage. Hold onto what is good. Repay no one evil for evil. Strengthen the fainthearted, support the weak, help the suffering. Honor all people.
Love and serve the Lord, rejoicing in the power of the Holy Spirit. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you. ” Amen.
“All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability.”
